Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of this website. Customer use of the Verisand platform is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement signed during procurement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website (the Site) or submitting a contact inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Site. Use of the Verisand URL and phishing analysis sandbox (the Service) is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement, which is provided during procurement and incorporates the Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and current sub-processor list.
2. The Site
The Site is Verisand's marketing surface. Anonymous visitors may browse the Site, watch demo playbacks, and submit a contact inquiry. The Site does not accept URL submissions for analysis; the Service is not self-serve.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are at least 16 years old and not barred from doing so under applicable law, including export-control and sanctions regulations.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to harm minors in any way.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Site or its content.
- Submit false or misleading contact-form information, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial material.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's availability, security, or integrity.
- Use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the Site at a rate that would burden it.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its software, text, graphics, and design are Verisand's intellectual property and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without prior written consent, except for personal browsing and ordinary linking from external sites.
"Verisand" and the Verisand mark are trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Submissions you make
By submitting information through the contact form, you grant Verisand a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Verisand can serve your needs, and contact you about Verisand's products and services. We will handle that information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Verisand does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The descriptions of the Verisand Service on this Site are general marketing summaries and do not constitute a binding offer; the terms of any commercial engagement are set out in the Master Service Agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verisand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Verisand's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Verisand does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking is not endorsement.
10. Termination
Verisand may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
Verisand may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. The "Effective from" date in the footer reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Verisand regarding your use of the Site.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- Severability. If a court holds a provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; Verisand may assign in connection with a corporate transaction.
